Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our platform. By accessing or using EasyWedding.pk, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Nature of the Platform ("Digital Bridge")

EasyWedding.pk is a matchmaking platform designed to connect individuals and families seeking marriage alliances.

• Not a Broker or Agency: We do not act as a Rishta-provider, marriage bureau, or matrimonial agent. We are a technology provider facilitating direct connections.
• No Commercial Agreements: We do not participate in, negotiate, or guarantee the execution of any family or commercial arrangements between users.
• User Responsibility: Any agreement reached between users is a private contract solely between those parties.

2. User Accounts, Verification, and Ban Policy

To maintain a secure community, we require accurate information.

• Real Identity Policy: Users must use their real names and provide accurate personal information. Impersonation of another person or entity is strictly prohibited.
• Identity Enforcement: We employ strict enforcement of real identities to prevent catfishing and fraud. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that cannot be verified.
• Self-Verification: While EasyWedding.pk may offer verification tools (e.g., CNIC-linked verification), the ultimate responsibility for due diligence (background checks, family history, character verification) lies solely with the users.
• Family Consent: Users acknowledge that obtaining necessary social or legal consents for marriage is their personal responsibility.
• Ban Policy: Any violation of these Terms, particularly regarding authenticity and safety, will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the platform.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC) and Media

You retain ownership of the content you upload, but you grant us specific rights.

• License to Content: By uploading photos, videos, or text, you grant EasyWedding.pk a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and worldwide license to host, distribute, modify, and display your content to other users, as dictated by your privacy settings.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the media you share and must ensure you have the legal right to distribute such material.
• Cultural Sensitivity: Users agree not to post content that is Sectarian, Blasphemous, or contrary to the public policy of Pakistan.

4. Messaging, Chat, and Off-Platform Interactions

Our chat functionality facilitates initial communication.

• Data Security & Encryption: Chats are not typically encrypted. Users must exercise caution when sharing sensitive information (phone numbers, home addresses, financial details), as this is done at their own risk.
• Content Scanning: In compliance with Pakistani law, we employ automated systems and human review to scan for abuse, harassment, and other violations of the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA), 2016.
• Safety Warning: EasyWedding.pk is not liable for harm, loss, or harassment resulting from off-platform interactions (e.g., meeting in person or communicating via WhatsApp). We advise users to meet in public places and involve trusted family members.

5. Prohibited Activity and Cybercrime Compliance (PECA 2016)

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for prohibited activities.

• Harassment and Fraud: Unsolicited explicit content, "cyber-stalking," catfishing, or using "deep-fake" imagery will result in immediate termination of the account.
• Legal Action: In cases of severe misconduct or known crimes, we will hand over user data to the FIA Cybercrime Wing without prior notice.
• Malicious Content: Uploading viruses, malware, or attempting to disrupt the platform is strictly prohibited.

6. Referral Program Terms

Users may participate in our referral program subject to the following rules:

• Earning Criteria: A referral is considered successful and eligible for rewards only if the referred individual becomes a paid subscriber, remains subscribed for at least one month, and does not request a refund.
• Limits: Users are allowed to make a maximum of 5 paid referrals every month.
• Usage Limit: A user can only benefit from a referral discount once every month.
• Discount Application: If multiple promotional offers apply, the highest applicable promotional discount will be utilized.

7. Refund Policy

We strive to provide excellent service. Refunds are handled according to the following conditions:

• Cancellation & Eligibility: Users are eligible for a full refund (minus transaction fees) if a cancellation request is submitted within [24] hours of the transaction, provided the service has not yet been initiated.
• Partial Refunds: If a service is partially completed, a pro-rated refund may be issued at the sole discretion of management.
• Non-Refundable Transaction Fees: Payment gateway providers charge non-refundable fees for processing payments. In the event of a refund, the original transaction fee charged by the processor is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
• Administrative Fees: A nominal processing fee of [Amount] may be applied to cover manual verification for refund requests.
• Refund Timelines: Once approved, funds typically take 3 to 5 business days to reflect in your original payment method. Banking delays may occur depending on your financial institution.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Reasonable Steps: While we take reasonable steps to prevent abuse and ensure security on our platform to avoid liability under Pakistani law, our liability is limited.
• No Guarantee of Outcome: EasyWedding.pk does not guarantee that a user will find a suitable partner, nor do we warrant the success, compatibility, or finality of any match.
• User Conduct & Agreements: We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether online or offline. Any agreements, promises, or arrangements made between users are private contracts.
• Emotional/Financial Disappointment: We are not liable for emotional, social, or financial disappointment resulting from a connection that does not progress as anticipated.

9. Data Protection, CRM, and International Compliance

• CRM Lead Management: By submitting information via third-party advertising platforms (such as Facebook or Google Ads), you acknowledge that EasyWedding.pk shares this data with these platforms for lead management purposes. These platforms are subject to their own privacy policies.
• Data Retention: In accordance with local regulations, we retain traffic data for the period required by law. Leads captured through third-party platforms are imported into our secure CRM system.
• GDPR/CCPA: For users protected under international laws (e.g., EU residents), we provide mechanisms for the right to erasure ("Right to be Forgotten") and require explicit consent for the processing of sensitive data (e.g., religious affiliation).

10. Intellectual Property of Content

• User Responsibility: Users represent that they own the rights to the photos and videos uploaded to their profiles, or have explicit permission from the original creator (e.g., a professional photographer) to upload them.
• Indemnification: EasyWedding.pk is not liable for copyright infringement claims regarding user-uploaded media. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless EasyWedding.pk from any legal claims arising from their misuse of protected media.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
• Dispute Resolution: Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Lahore, Pakistan.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
