At EasyWedding.PK, we strive to provide the best service possible. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are processed, specifically addressing non-refundable third-party costs and processing timelines.

2. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

• Service Not Rendered: Users are eligible for a full refund (minus transaction fees) if a cancellation request is submitted within [24] hours of the transaction, provided the service has not yet been initiated.
• Partial Refunds: If a service is partially completed, a pro-rated refund may be issued at the discretion of management.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

Please note that payment gateway providers charge a transaction fee for every payment processed.

• Gateway Fees: In the event of a refund, the original transaction fee charged by the payment processor is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
• Administrative Fees: A nominal processing fee of 500 PKR may be applied to cover manual verification.

4. Refund Timelines

Once a refund is approved and initiated by our system:

• Processing Time: It typically takes 3 to 5 business days for the funds to reflect in your original payment method.
• Banking Delays: Local banks and credit card issuers may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

5. Policy Updates & Versioning

It is important to note the Effective Date at the top of this policy. Any purchases made prior to a policy update are governed by the version of the policy that was active at the time of purchase.
