By using our platform, you agree to abide by these Community Guidelines, which are designed to ensure safety and integrity for all users.

1. Profile Photo and Media Guidelines

Your photos are the first impression you make. They must be honest and respectful.

• Genuine Photos Only: Photos must be recent, clear, and accurately represent your current appearance.
• Prohibited Imagery: Do not use stock photos, celebrity photos, photos of other people, or heavily filtered/edited photos that disguise your identity.
• Decency Standards: Photos must be culturally appropriate and decent. Explicit, revealing, or disrespectful photos will be removed immediately.
• Respect Copyright: Only upload photos that you own the rights to or have permission to use.

2. Messaging and Chat Etiquette

Chat is designed to help you get to know potential matches. Respect is paramount.

• Respectful Language: Use polite and respectful language. Harassment, foul language, bullying, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate account suspension.
• No Spam or Solicitation: Do not use the chat functionality to send unsolicited commercial messages, junk mail, or spam.
• Do Not Misrepresent Yourself: Do not use chat to catfish or intentionally mislead other users about your identity, background, or intentions.
• Privacy and Consent: Respect the privacy of other users. Do not share their chat logs or private information publicly.

3. Absolute Authenticity and Identity Verification

Trust is the foundation of matchmaking. We have a zero-tolerance policy for deception.

• Real Identities Only: You must use your legal name, real age, and accurate personal details. Impersonation of another person, living or dead, is strictly prohibited.
• Verification Compliance: Users are encouraged to utilize our CNIC verification tools. Profiles found to be using fake CNIC information will be immediately terminated.
• Strict Anti-Catfishing Policy: Intentionally misleading others about your identity, appearance, or background to initiate a romantic relationship will result in an immediate, permanent ban and potential reporting to cybercrime authorities.

4. Profile Maintenance and Activity

To keep the community active and relevant, we require active participation.

• Active Engagement: Profiles that remain inactive for extended periods may be hidden from search results to ensure users only connect with active members.
• Keeping Information Current: You are responsible for updating your profile if your situation changes (e.g., marital status, location).

5. Misuse of Platform Tools

Platform tools are for matchmaking, not for disruption.

• No Platform Scrapping: Do not use automated tools to scrape data, profiles, or photos from the website.
• Reporting Abuse: Do not abuse the reporting system by reporting users without valid reasons, as this disrupts the safety team's ability to handle genuine complaints.

6. Safety & Personal Responsibility (Tips for Users)

Interactions online carry risks. Take proactive precautions.

• Guard Personal Information: Be extremely cautious about sharing sensitive data (detailed home address, CNIC number, bank details) via chat. This is done at your own risk.
• NEVER Send Money: Do not send money, bank details, or financial information to anyone you have met on the platform, regardless of the story or urgency they present. Report such users immediately.
• Meet in Public Places: If you choose to meet a match offline, always do so in a busy, public location (e.g., a restaurant, cafe, or family park).
• Family Involvement: For your safety, we strongly recommend involving trusted family members early in the process, especially when moving from online chat to offline meetings.
• Password Security: Never share your password or OTP (One-Time Password) with anyone, including individuals claiming to be EasyWedding staff.

7. Reporting and Enforcement

We rely on our community to maintain high standards.

• Use the "Report" Feature: If you encounter a profile that is fake, harassing, or violates these guidelines, use the reporting button located on their profile or in the chat interface.
• Violations: EasyWedding.pk reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

8. Compliance with Pakistani Law (PECA 2016)

EasyWedding.pk operates in strict compliance with the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA), 2016.

• Legal Action: Any user found engaging in criminal activities, including but not limited to online fraud, blackmail, harassment, or distribution of illicit material, will have their data handed over to the FIA Cybercrime Wing for legal prosecution.
